“VIVA LA VIDA!” exhibition will feature works from the series “Tales of power” by Anastasia Rurikov – Simes.
Anastasia was six times nominated for Ellen Hayes award as the best set designer in America and in 2011 became the winner for her performance of “Othello” staged by “Sinetic” theater (USA, Washington).
“Her themes are reminiscent of those of the great 19th century Russian authors. Yet, even as her work deals with serious issues, it is leavened with wry humour.”
